Hemlock

Hemlock, New York is a beautiful community highlighted by Hemlock Lake, just south of the center of Hemlock.  Hemlock is one of the very few undeveloped Finger Lakes.  Hemlock Lake, once owned by the City of Rochester, is now the property of New York State.  Residents and visitors alike appreciate the peaceful beauty of this unspoiled lake with hillside views and wooded shoreline.

Hemlock is also well know for it's fairgrounds, located just west off of Route 20A in the village center.  Amongst other events, the fairground is home to the Hemlock "Little World's" Fair, every July. The Hemlock Fair has been going strong since 1857, drawing large crowds from the entire region.
