The Beauty of Letchworth State Park

 

Considered the Grand Canyon of the East, Letchworth State Park has been entertaining visitors for years.  From its beautiful waterfalls to the changing leaves in the fall, Letchworth draws people from all over the state, that come to visit the beauty of the park.  

Every Fall Letchworth hosts many events in the park.  From teaching people how the gorge was formed to arts and crafts festivals, you'll be sure to find something to keep you entertained.  

OCT 6th 

Learn The Gorge Was Formed as viewed from Inspiration Point from 12:30 am to 12 pm.  Topics like geology, glacial and human history plus plant and animal lore will be covered.

October Leaf Peeping Walk will be held from 1-2pm at the Humphrey Nature Center. The walk will be guided by a park naturalist.

OCT 6th - 7th 10 am to 5pm OCT 8th 10am - 4 pm

Considered one of the best Arts and Crafts Shows in the United States, the Letchworth Arts and crafts show will feature over 300 exhibitors, food vendors and entertainment! Event will be held at the Highbanks Recreation Area.
