I Can Help You Find Your Lake Home FIRST?

Spring is around the corner and time to finally start thinking about that summer home, but there's less than 10 lake properties available on Conesus Lake and less than 15 on Honeoye Lake.  Inventory is low, but it will increase as the weather gets better.  Would you like to get a head start on finding a terrific lake home not currently listed?  I can help!  Here's how:

1. For Sale By Owner:  Typically there's anywhere from 5-15 FSBO's available on the lakes.  Most of these are not listed and not even marketed anywhere during the winter months.  I can provide a list of available FSBO's, along with pro's and con's to each one.
2. Expired Listings:  I have access to all the listings that did not sell last year and expired at the end of the season.  I can review all the 2016 expired listings and inquire about any to see if they are going to be come available this year.
3. Foreclosures:  Many bank owned vacant properties still remain or maybe available in the coming weeks and months.  Finding these opportunities can be difficult.  As your lake expert I can find these opportunities, provide you history and help the complex process of buying a foreclosed or short sale home.
